He is also a Company Secretary, having rich experience in the field of Audit, Banking, Capital Market, Secretarial work and Internal and Bank Audits.

CA Paras Jain has Bachelor degree in commerce from Rajasthan University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1991. He has vast experience in varied areas covering Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax Act and allied fiscal laws. He has over three decades of hands on experience of working in limited Companies at Senior Managerial position. He possesses deep understanding of IFRS, Accounting Standard and Business Practices.

CA HEMENDRA PALIWAL

He got his bachelor degree in science from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur and qualified as Chartered Accountant in year 1995. He is registered Insolvency Professional. He is also certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), USA. Prior to joining firm as a partner, he has worked as Group Chief Financial officer with listed company Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd for 20 years and Krystal Integrated Services Pvt Ltd for 1 Year and 2 months. He also worked with Damania Group earlier. During these assignments he was responsible for overall strategic planning, financial management, financial reporting, MIS, Taxation, ERP implementation, banking and investor relationship.

CA NEHA AGARWAL

CA Neha Agarwal has Bachelor degree in commerce from Rajasthan University and qualified as Chartered Accountant in year 2012 and then joined Ajcon Global Services Limited, Mumbai as an Assistant Vice President - Finance and Accounts and served for one year and later then worked independent in the field of GST, Income Tax and accounts of small and medium entities. Currently, She has joined Bajrang Paras & Co. as partner to serve the Industries and the fraternity with more advancement. She has rich experience in Accounting Standards, Internal Control systems, Risk Assurance etc.

CA KARAN SHAH

CA Karan Shah has Bachelor degree in commerce from Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2011. He has more than 9 years of extensive experience in Audit and Assurance. He has worked for Grant Thornton, Deloitte Haskins and Sells and KPMG. He has worked in audit and accounting advisory departments of these firms. He has delivered many lectures on Ind As on various WIRC chapters.

CA RAKSHA AGARWAL SHAH

CA Raksha Agarwal has Bachelor degree in commerce from Mumbai University and qualified as Chartered Accountant in year 2014. She has nearly 6 years of extensive experience in Audit and Assurance. She has worked for Grant Thornton and BDO. She has led and managed statutory audits, tax audits and internal controls over financial reporting audit for large corporates that have reporting requirements under IFRS and Ind AS.
